Day 52 - I Used to be Fat

MTV aired another episode of 'I Used to be Fat'. Sometimes you work really hard (so you think) to lose weight but the scale just doesn't budge.  I need to tell myself to stop looking at the numbers and just strive to look better. I'll just feel happy if I can fit back into my 'normal' jeans. **sigh**

No workout again today.  I just really don't like to work out. The Mr. was sick today and he was being a baby. I'm using that as my excuse today =P However, I did spend a lot of time working on my photography blog. I really do spend that much on time on the computer everyday!

Day 53 - I Used to be Fat

Day 53 - still not motivated enough to work out but still doing pretty well on my eating plan. The scale seems to agree. Let's hope I get motivated to go back to the gym soon :)

Day 54 - still recuperating from the weekend of friends. I've stuck to my eating plan but may have had too much sodium intake. No work out today, the couch is my best friend this evening. Back on track tomorrow.
