It's the end of my weekend and time to wind down for a bit before I start the work week. It has been a low key weekend and pretty cautious eating except for one minor thing, high sodium food. The domestic side of me decided to cook up a pot of Bun Bo Hue to feast on for the day and as careful as I was, the sodium in it is making me really bloated. All this water weight better subside before the my last day of this challenge. I would be a very very very sad camper. I only have less than a week left, I have to push myself extra hard at the gym this week!
