I am back from a 5 day hiatus. I deserved a break from blogging since it was near impossible to account for the eats and drinks I consumed while in Vegas. I am happy to report that I actually did not gain any weight on the trip but may have lost 1/2 a pound! The scale sure made me happy this morning but that will change tomorrow when I weigh myself since I did poorly today with a highly carb-rich dish for lunch and dinner. I will work out tomorrow to make up for it. Only 10 days left in this challenge!
