Day 45 - I Used to be Fat

I'm at the two week mark! Wow, seems like I been on this plan a lot longer. Any who, after two weeks, I have lost a total of 4 lbs. I think that is a great start, averaging about 2 lbs a week. Day 4 at the gym and going strong, woo hoo!
