Day 53 - I Used to be Fat

Day 53 - still not motivated enough to work out but still doing pretty well on my eating plan. The scale seems to agree. Let's hope I get motivated to go back to the gym soon :)

  2. I'm not going to lie, this is very intimidating to me. you're going to be beat me, AGAIN. But I'm really glad to see that you are putting a lot of effort into a better, and healthier lifestyle by changing your eating habits, and adding exercise to your daily life.
