I missed a day of blogging so I'll just log two days under one post. I went to Dallas for a day to visit some friends and their new born. Babies are so cute and they deserve all the attention. I can't help but wonder how horrible (or great!) of a mother I will be when I have one of my own. It was great seeing my friends but the temptations of buffets do not help my waistline. Here goes another excuse. I really need to get a better handle of my eating habits when I'm in a social environment! To that guilt, I did hop on the elliptical when I got back from Dallas today. Back to the normal grind. I really don't want to weigh in tomorrow, but I need to keep myself accountable so I can stay motivated to do better.
