Day 51 - I Used to be Fat

Wow, it's been over a week and it's not looking too good! I didn't over-eat today since I was busy with work. Let's hope when I weigh in officially on Sunday, it will be a great day.  49 more days to go to reach goal~!

  1. Transitional week! hehe I'm trying to get healthier too. I started writing down what I ate and everytime I ate something bad, I'd feel so guilty and did not want to write it down. Logging actually works. Starting to hit the gym too!
