Another successful day for me! Workout, check. Low carb-ing, check! It feels good to stay on track and I am looking forward to my work out every day after work.
For dinenr today, the Mr. wanted spaghetti so I had to find a creative way to make this meal low-carb friendly. I remember passing by those Shirataki Noodles in the vegetable section of the grocery store so the Mr. went to two different stores just to look for it. (He was in fear that I would be upset if he didn't buy it :P ) A whole bag yields only 6 grams of carbs. It looks and feels like noodles. The taste on the other hand isn't the greatest but I made due with it. I will have to look up some recipes to fix up a good combo for these tofu noodles. I'll try to write about it if I find a good one.
My blog must be getting boring with just logging my health regimen. I have a slew of things I want to blog about but I will just have to draft those and add it in here and there to spice things up.
