I am watching the season finale of I Used to Be Fat on MTV and really enjoying this last episode. She's doing a 5k run for cancer since she lost her father to it. So motivational, I feel that I should enroll in a 5K marathon. Problem is, I'm not a runner but I guess I can always learn. I prefer the elliptical since it's easier on my knees. I already have bad knees and I really don't want to make it worse. It's excuses but maybe one day :)
