It's my Friday again! I went out for Chinese for lunch. That's a big no-no in any diet's book but I managed to stay within range and I even went to work out. The test of time starts tomorrow when I don't have a routine. With visitors, you know the story. I hope I can control my urges because I only have 29 days left to go!
