Day 23 - I Used to be Fat

Hey there!!!!!! I'm so energized today, for no particular reason. Maybe because it's my Friday, woo hoo! Anyhow, I had a craving for Crawfish today so I had to get 2 lbs in but good lordy, that sodium intake is going to take me off the scale for 2 days.  Feeling guilty for consuming all that sodium, I went to do some cardio to sweat out some of the salt. Now, it's T-SHIRT time!
